Please ask any questions PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASEwhich commits you to buying the item(s) listed and agreeing to the following policies: ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless item is grossly misrepresented and drastically diverges from the Product Specifications.
PayPal (www.paypal.com) is the only method of payment we accept and through Paypal you can use most credit and debit cards. It is amongst the fastest, easiest and most secure ways to pay for your goods or services online. PayPal offers buyer and seller protection should there be a problem.
If you do not have a PayPal account, to get started and buying your first POYSE will be very easy. “Add to Cart”and simply follow the checkout steps. Once the payment has been made, you will then be given the opportunity to create your own PayPal account to easily pay for future on-line purchases.

- Import Restrictions, Duties, Taxes and Charges:
Original POYSE is made of bamboo, a grass of the Poaceae family.
Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import restrictions, taxes and or duty charges before you order from us. POYSE.com is not liable if the product is declined importation and for any additional import taxes and or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their country’s customs office to determine any additional fees that might be imposed. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by POYSE.com in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
We ship worldwide and international registered shipment is included within POYSE’s price. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Box addresses please provide a physical address. In most cases POYSE is shipped within two days of receiving and order and its payment. Should there be a delay from our side, we will inform you by email. All POYSEs are shipped individually. POYSE shipments are sent insured and by registered mail meaning an adult’s signature will be required at delivery. Once an item has been confirmed by the shipping carrier as "delivered" to the address provided by the buyer; POYSE.com is no longer responsible for said item, therefore please have your items shipped to a secure location and do not accept any damaged package. In the event that a parcel is damaged (take pictures and refuse the parcel) or lost during shipment, POYSE.com will put a claim in to the shipping carrier. The buyer (you) will provide POYSE.com with all necessary information to file a claim (i.e. photos of damage/return of original shipping materials and item(s) damaged). Once the claim is approved, then the buyer (you) will be reimbursed/refunded accordingly. Reimbursements/Refunds cannot exceed the price paid for POYSE.
Because your POYSE is sent by registered mail and will have to clear customs, it might take up to two weeks for your parcel to reach you. If your order is held up in customs this may increase the delivery time. POYSE.com doesn’t have any control over customs clearance and cannot be liable for any customs delays.
We cannot be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing when the delivery address has been inputted incorrectly or incomplete.
Original POYSE models ship from Viet Nam.
- Refunds and Exchanges:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless item is grossly misrepresented. In the rare event that an item is accepted for return, the purchaser (you) is responsible for return shipping fees. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. In the sad event that an item is damaged or lost during shipment, POYSE.com will put a claim in to the shipping carrier. The buyer (you) will provide POYSE.com with all necessary information to file a claim (i.e. photos of damage/return of original shipping materials and item(s) damaged). Once the claim is approved, then the buyer (you) will be reimbursed/refunded accordingly. Once an item has been confirmed by the shipping carrier as "delivered" to the address provided by the buyer; POYSE.com is no longer responsible for said item, therefore please have your items shipped to a secure location and the package checked prior to accepting it. Reimbursements/Refunds cannot exceed the price paid for your POYSE.
- Order Change/Cancellation:
Once an order has been dispatched it is unfortunately not possible to change or cancel.
